Purpose of Service

These Terms of Service govern the use of the zipline experience and related services provided by Bridge Zipline (hereinafter "the Company"). By using our services, you agree to these terms.

Restrictions on Use

The Company may restrict service use in the following cases: weight outside the permitted range (30 kg – under 100 kg), pregnancy, disc-related conditions, or being under the influence of alcohol. In such cases, refunds will be processed in accordance with the cancellation policy.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including images, text, and video — is the intellectual property of the Company. Reproduction or redistribution without prior written consent is prohibited.

Disclaimer

The Company is not liable for accidents caused by failure to follow safety instructions. Participants are responsible for their own safety equipment and belongings. The Company is not responsible for loss or damage to personal items.

Reservations & Refunds

Reservations are made through Naver Booking. Refund policy: 6+ days before → 100% refund; 5 days before → 50%; 4 days before → 30%; 3 days before through same-day → no refund. Suspension due to lightning or strong winds will result in a full refund or schedule change.

Changes to Terms

These terms may be updated from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with the effective date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
