Restrictions
- · Weight 30 kg – under 100 kg ( Weight will be checked on-site. )
- · Pregnant guests and those with disc conditions are not permitted.
- · Guests under the influence of alcohol are not permitted for everyone's safety.

- · Closed-toe shoes required ( No Crocs, sandals, aqua shoes, or slippers )
- · Skirts and dresses not permitted ( Due to harness equipment )
- · Please arrive at the center at least 30 minutes before your session.
- · Store all personal belongings before your experience.
- · Your experience may be cancelled if safety concerns arise.
· Time changes can be made by phone.
· We provide rain ponchos during rain. Refunds are not available for simple change of mind.

We operate normally in rain and provide rain ponchos. However, we suspend operations during dangerous weather conditions such as lightning or strong winds. We will contact you in advance to arrange a refund or schedule change.
Yes, we have free on-site parking. We recommend arriving at least 30 minutes before your session start time to park comfortably.
Guests weighing between 30 kg and under 100 kg may participate. Pregnant guests, those with disc conditions, and guests under the influence of alcohol are restricted for safety reasons.
Walk-ins are possible if space is available, but we recommend making a reservation through Naver Booking in advance to secure your preferred time slot.
Please contact us by phone or through our inquiry page for group bookings. We'll provide guidance based on the number of participants and schedule.
Cancellations 6+ days before receive a 100% refund, 5 days before 50%, and 4 days before 30%. No refund is available for cancellations within 3 days of your session, including same-day. Time changes can be arranged by phone.
Closed-toe shoes are required. Crocs, sandals, slippers, and aqua shoes are not permitted. Skirts and dresses are also not allowed due to harness equipment.
All personal belongings must be stored before boarding. Please be careful not to lose or damage your phone or other devices. You're welcome to take photos at our on-site photo zone.
