- · Summer 09:30 – 17:00 / Winter 09:30 – 16:30 ( Experience start times )
Restrictions
- · Weight 30 kg – under 100 kg ( Weight will be checked on-site. )
- · Pregnant guests and those with disc conditions are not permitted.
- · Guests under the influence of alcohol are not permitted for everyone's safety.
Precautions
- · Closed-toe shoes required ( No Crocs, sandals, aqua shoes, or slippers )
- · Skirts and dresses not permitted ( Due to harness equipment )
- · Please arrive at the center at least 30 minutes before your session.
- · Store all personal belongings before your experience.
- · Your experience may be cancelled if safety concerns arise.

· We provide rain ponchos during rain. Refunds are not available for simple change of mind.
